CONSULTATION/ PARQ

Once you sign up, you will receive a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire and a comprehensive consultation form to be completed and sent back to us. This will enable us to understand your personal circumstance, lifestyle, fitness history and preferences.

TRAINING PROGRAM

My Team and I will devise a bespoke training plan for you based on the information given during your consultation to meet your fitness goals.

MEAL PLAN

Our in house Nutritionists will devise a delicious and easy to follow meal plan in line with your fitness goals for you to follow taking into consideration any allergies etc, discussed during your initial consultation.

WORKOUT RESOURCE

You will have access to our member area where you will have at your disposal numerous workout videos.

6 WEEK REVIEW

After each 6 weeks, we will review and discuss your results with you. This will give us both the opportunity to discuss what has worked, devise strategies to overcome any hindrance to achieving your goals and draw in a new program to align your current fitness level.

24/7 SUPPORT

Once you get started, you will have one of our Personal Trainers assigned to you. You will be assisted throughout your journey and have a 24/7 access to them.
